If there's anything that can be said about Nigeria's hottest comedian Bovi,it's that he doesn't disappoint. With all the heavy promotion that had been going on for the past couple of months leading up to this show, it would have been safe to say that Bovi's one man show was the most anticipated event to kick off the summer months.

Nigerian comedian, Buchi was the host of the comedy affair that took place in London's Indigo2 on Bank Holiday Monday evening. The show kicked off with musical performances from the likes ofHoney B and Moelogowho got the crowd warmed up for the man that they had been waiting to see. Buchi was a nice choice for a host; he kept the laughs rolling and spirits high.

By the time Bovi stepped foot on stage, it's as if time knew no limit. The extremely talented comedian flowed, free-styled and performed with effortless rapport and familiarity. He wasn't fazed by distractions and even used them as examples for his material. Bovi's hilarious storytelling and wild imagination was like sitting on your front porch while having a conversation with your best friend about everyday observations. At the end of it all you could replay the conversation in your mind and still get a belly full of laughter.

As if the laughter wasn't enough, the show rounded up with the Limpopo master himself, Kcee, who performed his hit songs 'Tonight'and'Pull Over'as the crowd rose to their feet to gyrate and savour what was left of the evening.

All in all, it was a well put together show byCokobar, that left no glitches or room for much scrutiny.

Bovi's ability to fill the O2 venue with consistent echoes of laughter as he shared his take on love, life, relationships, crime and death is a true testament that we will continue to sing his praises for many years to come.
