According to report from a reliable source, 12 armed hired killers stormed the house of Daniel Ademonikan in Abuja on the a fore mentioned date and asked for the where abouts of Stella and Daniel but luckily for them, they have relocated to the United States of America.
This is the same home where Stella and her two daughters moved to after Daniel divorced his first wife, Nollywood actress Doris Simeon when he became Stella's business partner.
The hired killers came few days after Stella Damasus released a video blaming the Nigerian government for being too slow on the rescue of the abducted Chibok girls.
The video was produced from her base in New York but the assassins thought she is still in Nigeria…. When they asked for her, they were informed that she's no more in Nigeria.
After every attempt to get her address in New York failed, they left in anger.
They could not do anything to the occupants because of the poor health condition of Daniel Ademinokan's mother.. The old woman has stroke.
Ademinokan's younger brother, who just returned to Nigeria, and his mother were the only persons in the house on the fateful day. It was gathered that the attackers insisted on getting Stella's recent contact in the US, including her address and phone number, without success.
Here is what the source said:"The men kept yelling at Daniel's brother. They were saying, 'Your brother and his wife think they can just open their mouths and say anything they like about the government, abi?'"
Few days after the assassins visited the Abuja home of the Nollywood movie producer, Stella Damasus took to her Twitter page where she tweeted:
"No form of political bullying or intimidation will work! You can't shut me up! I will stand and speak the truth, regardless of your tactics. " "That is what Nigeria is known for; you say the truth… they try to silence you! It will not work on Stella Damasus. I cannot be intimidated."
The source said the visit has nothing to do with Daniel Ademonikan's failed marriage. The hired killers were sent from unidentified sources.
