Korede Bello in Academic Mess as Lecturers at the Nigerian Institute of Journalism (NIJ) in Ogba, Lagos in new reports have vowed to resign if Mavin Records’ Artiste – Korede Bello is allowed to take part in their forthcoming semester examination. This allegedly because the singer has a class attendance really lower than 70%.
Bello who released unarguably the biggest song in 2015 is pursuing a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Mass Communication. He matriculated at the NIJ after he graduated from the institution in 2014 with an OND in the same field.
This report was allegedly leaked to the press by one of his lecturers, stating that they will not compromise as the student has shown great indifference with classes, only showing up to indicate interest in exams.
The Mavin Record singer is yet to release an official statement on the matter.
