A plus-sized Los Angeles woman, Amani Terrell, decided to air her frustration at Hollywood's obsession with perfection by stripping down to her bikini in the middle of Hollywood Boulevard .
She did it to show other women that it's perfectly fine to be large and have good self esteem and all women are beautiful.
Amani who weighs 260 pounds told Fox, "You cannot seek validation from other people. This world is very cruel. You must seek validation within yourself and be kind to yourself."
While most people had a positive reaction, with passers-by high-fiving and calling out to her, some reactions were of the negative sort. One guy yelled that he lost his appetite, while another sarcastically called her "Precious".
